Commercial clerk (m/f/d) in the area of financial accounting, human resources and administration (full-time)
Your duties:
- Preparatory tasks for reporting to the headquarters
- Carrying out all commercial activities in the area of financial accounting and administration
- Monitoring incoming payments as well as conducting and reconciling dunning procedures
- Preparing creditor payments
- Reconciling and processing intercompany transactions
- Providing support in the HR department
- General organizational and administrative tasks
- Handling insurance claims as a substitute
- Acting as a substitute for the receptionist
- Supporting trade fairs and customer events

Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification as a certified business administrator (Fachwirt) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a commercial role, preferably in accounting
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of proALPHA is desirable
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Friendly, confident demeanor and strong communication skills

Commercial clerk (m/f/d) in administration and reception (full-time)
Your duties:
Reception & Communication
- Professional operation of the telephone system, including answering and forwarding calls
- Friendly reception and assistance of visitors / Enjoyment in working with people
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- General appointment scheduling as well as preparation and follow-up of meeting and training rooms
Organization & Administration
- General commercial and administrative tasks
- Supporting the finance and HR departments
- Fleet management, including claims handling
- Procurement and invoice verification for your area of responsibility
- Coordination of external service providers (e.g. cleaning companies)
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and smooth operations within the building
Variety Included
- Organization of company events (summer party, Christmas party, anniversaries)
- Supporting trade fairs and customer events
- Handling occasional courier tasks
