The new SSC star* Service Connect welcomes you personally – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: this is where you can log in with your personal details and then view and administrate your star* machines incl. the internal machine data.
You can create a corresponding service enquiry at any time for service subjects such as maintenance to malfunctions or check the current processing status.
There are extensive possibilities to choose from, for machine data as well as the description of possible malfunctions – so you do not need to spend time typing unnecessarily; we can assign and process all information as quickly as possible.
Naturally you can also enter your own text and as required upload photographs, videos or evaluations. Your can configure and improve your info cockpit individuallly to meet the needs of your company. And there is more: your star* customer portal includes an extensive and unique knowledge database with a search function. This is where we collect all the information for you which will help you to help yourself. All the relevant service actions, repairs, etc. are kept up-to-date by us which you can also perform by yourself, i.e. quicker and without charge.
