Continuous, reliable process and tool monitoring has long become essential for companies to ensure productivity, quality and flexibility. STAR Micronics has developed a retrofit solution to monitor the cutting force.
More quality with less manpower: starting with our FANUC 30i the brand-new star* cutting force monitoring can also be retrofitted via the control panel. You can use this function to simultaneously monitor up to 50 tools on the 15 inch touchscreen.
