SB-20R type G
The Advantages
The SB-20R is a further development of the SB series and is an attractive cost-effective solution.
The range of machining possibilities of the SB-20R is extended through power-driven tools on the rear side.
The sliding head automatic lathe can also be converted to be a fixed headstock lathe to therefore reduce costs for conventional turning.
- FANUC 0i-TF control system
- C-axis control as standard on main and sub spindle
- completely independent backworking
- 4 + α power-driven tools for backworking
- changeable from sliding head to fixed headstock lathe
- movable control panel
- low space requirement
- ideal replacement for cam-controlled lathes
Kinematics & Tools
- 6 (7) turning tools
- front and rear side each with 4 drilling tools
- 4 (5) power-driven tools on the tool post
- 4 + α power-driven tools for backworking
- 7 axes
